ENTRY 24/07/30
I find it pretty funny that I'm writing this literally 10 minutes before it's August, which is also when my school year is supposed to start, which sucks. Last year wasn't the greatest especially since I was so bad at managing my work, and the workload is only gonna get bigger this year. Anyway.
I literally made this entry because I was going to write something but then I FORGOT WHAT I WAS GOING TO WRITE ABOUT. GREAT GOING OWEN.
I've been thinking about whether I should post my art here somehow, but the truth is that there is WAY TOO MUCH to put in. I draw an average of A LOT per day and I've been trying to get motivation to even organize my Procreate gallery, and don't even get me started on my old IBIS Paint X gallery. Like at least Procreate makes the exporting process easier. Ibis gives me nightmares. Like yea, my IBIS Paint art is really old and sucks ass, but it also shows how much I've grown, so I desperately need to back it up somehow, but it's either 'pay money for an app you don't use' or 'back up everything on some random drive', and honestly, I'm not sure what to do anymore.
I'm using Google Drive for backups for now, but I'm also considering using different drive services cause I don't trust Google with jackshit (I say this as I'm using Google Docs for planning the ROBLOX School Sad Story, waow).
OH I JUST REMEMBERED WHAT I WAS GONNA WRITE ABOUT: drawing tablet. I've had this thing since Middle school but didn't really use it that much because Procreate the goat but it only works on iPad. Womp womp, except recently I've been trying to use it more, even though it's a bit more annoying when it comes to trying to store things. Krita doesn't store your artworks like how Procreate and IBIS Paint do, though that's probably because the other two are mobile apps and Krita is a desktop app. Still wish I could find a computer app that works like Procreate in terms of storing artworks.
Yeaaaahh this is just a lot of yapping. Expect that in the future. This is kinda fun, just documenting dumb thoughts. I still prefer voice memos a bit but I'm never releasing those and I also don't have enough privacy to do those anyway, so we have this instead. Awesomesauce.
